Account & Login

Help with sign-in issues, password resets, and account recovery.

  • If you can't sign in, confirm you're using the same email used at signup.
  • Use password reset first, then check spam/junk for the reset email.
  • If login still fails, clear app cache and retry from a stable connection.
  • For account recovery requests, include your device type and signup email.

Billing & Subscriptions

Questions about plans, invoices, or canceling a subscription.

  • Subscriptions are managed by your app store account (Apple/Google).
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid next-cycle charges.
  • Billing retries may appear if your original payment method fails.
  • For refund requests, contact the platform where the purchase was made.

Technical Issues

Troubleshooting sync issues, crashes, and performance problems.

  • For sync issues, force close and reopen the app on a stable network.
  • For crashes, update to the latest app version and restart your device.
  • If data appears missing, log out and back in to refresh your profile.
  • Include screenshots and repro steps when reporting a bug.
